Our Booking Policies

Late Policy

 

All appointments will have a 15 minute

grace period.

 

If you go beyond the 15 minutes, your appointment will need to be rescheduled.

Reschedule Policy

We ask that any appointment that needs to be rescheduled, be done at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. 

 

Appointments that need to be rescheduled the same day of your appointment will be charged a $25 reschedule fee.

Cancellations/ No Show Policy

Any same day cancellations will be charged 50% of total services scheduled. 

 

Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment will forfeit any payment previously made.
