Booking Policies

Deposits are 100% NONREFUNDABLE.

Deposits will go towards the remaining balance due. 

​

Deposits are required to book all appointments regardless of booking method. 

If you need to cancel, please do so at least 12 hours prior to your appointment. 

​

Same day cancellations will forfeit your deposit and a new appointment will be required. 

We allow a 10 minute grace period for all appointments.

 

If you missed your 10 min grace period, your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to re-book. 

Rescheduled appointments will require a new deposit, unless  determined otherwise. 

​

Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment will forfeit any payment previously made.
